Lifting Cable
Lifting cable for sectional doors. Roll of 100m x 3.5mm. Suitable to make custom cables on site, ideal for rear spring doors.

Signs you need this part
- Door sits crooked — one side higher than the other
- Visible fraying, kinking or rust on the cable
- Cable has come off the drum
- Door dropped suddenly on one side
Fitting notes
- Cables are replaced in pairs; they wear at the same rate.
- Drum size follows door height — a 9 foot drum has a longer spiral so the cable winds on evenly.
Safety
A frayed cable cannot be repaired or spliced. It is carrying the door's full weight, and a partially supported door can drop without warning — stop using the door until it is replaced.
