Fitting notes
- These are the domestic-weight brackets. Commercial barrels need the industrial version — an undersized bracket on a heavy door will eventually pull out.
- Both brackets carry the barrel's full weight; replace them as a pair and check the fixings into the structure behind.
Safety
Never unbolt a bottom bracket while the door is closed and under spring tension — the lifting cable anchors to it and it carries the full spring load.
