Signs you need this part
- Door has come off its track
- Visible kink or bend in the track
- Roller catches in the same spot every cycle
- Gap opening up between the track and the wall
Fitting notes
- B&D doors use their own track profile — the standard sections will not fit.
- A derailed door usually means a broken cable, spring or roller; fix the cause before re-tracking.
Safety
Stop using the opener on a derailed door. Driving the motor against a door that has left its track bends more track and can pull the mounting brackets out of the wall.
